The Government of Pakistan, under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), has announced new job openings for various professional positions as part of the “Crisis Resilient Social Protection (CRISP)” program. Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. The ability to organize and present data findings to stakeholders is critical. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of four to five years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in donor-funded projects or within the government or development sector. A professional procurement certification such as CIPS or CPSM is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of international procurement policies and experience with donor regulations from institutions like the World Bank or ADB is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and technical proficiency in procurement software and MS Office are mandatory. The position of Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE) is also open for recruitment. Candidates must possess a minimum of 16 years (Bachelor\'s) or 18 years (Master’s) of education in disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. The ideal applicant should have certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), certifications in IPSAS or IAS, or technical expertise in Microsoft Certified Azure Development. At least five years of hands-on experience is required in system design and implementation, particularly with ERP systems or public-sector accounting solutions. Candidates with project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are encouraged to apply. The role involves managing software implementations including budgeting systems, fixed asset management, payroll integration, and database management using platforms like SQL Server and Oracle. Finally, the Android Developer position requires candidates to hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field from a recognized institution.
