The School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, is offering a rewarding opportunity for aspiring educators through the recruitment of Junior Science Teachers (BPS-14). A total of 1237 vacancies are available across all districts of Sindh. The purpose of this recruitment is to enhance the quality of science education in public schools by hiring capable and qualified individuals. The position is initially temporary and subject to confirmation based on performance and evaluation. Selected candidates will be responsible for teaching science subjects to students at the secondary school level, planning lessons, conducting assessments, and supporting the overall academic development of students in their assigned institutions. The recruitment process is being managed by SIBA Testing Services (STS) to ensure transparency and merit-based selection.
Requirements
- To be considered for the post of Junior Science Teacher (BPS-14), candidates must fulfill the following criteria: Educational Qualification: Must be a Science Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in science) with at least 50% marks from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Domicile: Applicants must be permanent residents of Sindh and possess a valid domicile of any district within Sindh province. Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 28 years of age at the time of application. Age relaxation will be provided as per government rules. Special Candidates: Applicants with disabilities must upload a CNIC bearing the “disabled/special” logo issued by NADRA and submit a valid disability certificate issued by DPED. Government Employees: Those already serving in government departments must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

- Interested and eligible candidates must follow the online application process through the official STS (SIBA Testing Services) portal: Visit the STS online portal: https://apply.sts.net.pk. Create an account or log in using your credentials. Fill in the application form carefully and upload the following required documents: CNIC (front and back) Domicile and PRC/Form-D Passport-size photograph Academic certificates and degrees Any additional certifications or licenses (if applicable) After submission, download the system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- and deposit it through any ABL Bank Ltd branch or via MyABL app or internet banking portal of any 1Bill-enabled bank. Ensure that the application and documents are submitted before the deadline of May 20, 2025. Monitor the STS and SE&LD websites for updates regarding test dates, admit slips, and result announcements. Note: Incomplete or incorrect applications will not be considered. No manual or hard copy submissions will be accepted. Passing the written test does not guarantee final selection.
