IBA Community Colleges and Schools, under the administration of Sukkur IBA University, have announced multiple job vacancies for motivated and qualified professionals. These career opportunities are available at IBA-Public School Sukkur and IBA Community College Khairpur. The institute aims to recruit skilled individuals for academic, administrative, and finance-related positions who are passionate about contributing to the education sector. Requirements

  • At IBA-Public School Sukkur, the following positions are open: Vice Principal (Evening Shift), Auditor, and Assistant Hostel Warden (Male). The Vice Principal post requires a minimum second class Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Education, along with B.Ed. or M.Ed. from an HEC-recognized university or institute. A minimum of five years of leadership experience in a K–12 educational institution is also required, with demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills. For the Auditor role, applicants must possess at least a second class Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university, preferably with an MBA in Finance or a related field. Candidates should also have a minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification experience. This position is contract-based, initially for two years, and may be extended based on performance. The Assistant Hostel Warden (Male) position requires a second class Bachelor\'s degree (14 years of education) and at least one year of relevant experience in hostel management or student affairs. At IBA Community College Khairpur, three positions are currently vacant: Accounts Officer, EST (Elementary School Teacher) – Sindhi and Mathematics, and ECE Teacher (Female). The Accounts Officer must hold at least a second class Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Accounts, Finance, ACMA, ACCA, or CA from an HEC-recognized institution, with a minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification experience. For the EST post, candidates should have a second class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education) in the relevant field—Sindhi or Mathematics—from an HEC-recognized institution. The ECE Teacher (Female) role requires a minimum second class Bachelor\'s or Associate degree (14 years of education) in Education, and preference will be given to candidates holding a diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Montessori training.
  • How To Apply

    • To apply, eligible candidates must visit the STS official application portal at https://apply.sts.net.pk and submit their applications online. Only candidates having domicile of Sindh province are eligible to apply. Applicants can apply for only one position and must ensure the completion of their degree before applying. The age limit for all positions is set between 20 to 55 years. After submitting the online form, applicants must download the system-generated challan and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1500/- through any ABL Bank Ltd branch, MyABL app, or by using the 1-Bill reference number via internet banking or any 1-Bill linked bank. It is important to retain the challan receipt as proof of payment. All government employees should apply through proper channels by submitting a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further tests and interviews. The date and venue of the test will be announced later via SMS and the SIBA Testing Services (STS) website. Applicants must regularly visit the portal for updates, test schedules, admit slips, and result announcements. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test or interview.
