Requirements
- For the TRMO – Adult Cardiology position, candidates must have an MBBS degree along with a one-year house job from a PMDC recognized institute. They should either have two years of training from DIPCARD or two years of post-house job experience, preferably in cardiology. For the TRMO – Paeds Cardiology position, applicants must possess an MBBS degree and one-year house job experience in pediatrics from a PMDC recognized institute. The TRMO – Paeds Cardiac Surgery role also requires an MBBS degree with one-year house job and one-year post-house job experience in surgery. The Staff Nurse position, which has an age limit of 25 years, requires candidates to have a B.ScN (Generic), Post RN B.ScN, or Diploma in General Nursing with one-year specialization in DIPCARD, Pediatrics, Emergency Room, Intensive Care Unit, or Midwifery. Additionally, 1 to 3 years of relevant field experience is necessary. The Trainee Cath-lab Technologist role is open to fresh graduates holding a BS degree in Medical Technology, specifically in Cardiovascular Science.
- NICVD clarifies that only shortlisted candidates will be called for test or interview where applicable. Government servants should apply through proper channels. Applications for serial number 4 (Staff Nurse) must be submitted online via the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk), and hard copies will not be accepted. An NTS test fee of Rs. 800 must be paid via 1 Link and 1 Bill online portals. The advertisement mentions that general age relaxation is applicable as per government rules, and incomplete applications will be rejected.
