Requirements
- Medical and Nursing Positions SIUT is hiring Assistant Professors and Senior Lecturers in Pediatric Infectious Diseases, requiring FCPS in General Pediatrics with additional fellowship training. The Chief Medical Officer role is open for professionals with 8+ years of hospital administration experience, preferably with a Master’s in Healthcare Management. Staff Nurses are needed for Pediatric Intensive Care, Pediatric/Adult Cardiac Intensive Care, and general wards. Applicants should have a BScN or Nursing Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Additionally, Dialysis Technicians with expertise in Pediatric Nephrology are in demand. Technical & Support Roles The hospital seeks OT Technicians, Anesthesia Technicians, CSSD Technicians, and Pediatric ICU Technologists. These roles require diplomas from Sindh Medical Faculty or BS Medical Technology degrees, with at least 1–3 years of experience in a hospital setting. Other technical positions include Laboratory Technicians, Instrument Washing Technicians, and Sonographers, all requiring relevant diplomas and practical experience. Biomedical Engineers are also required, with BS degrees in Biomedical or Electronic Engineering and experience in medical equipment repair and maintenance. Administrative & Allied Health Positions For professionals in healthcare administration, SIUT offers roles such as Clinical Coordinator (5+ years of experience), Human Resource Officer (2–3 years of hospital experience), and Housekeeping Manager (7+ years of experience in hospital housekeeping). Additionally, Security Guards (ex-Armed Forces personnel) and Lift Operators are also needed. Specialized positions such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Medical Social Workers require relevant degrees and experience in Pediatric care. IT & Infrastructure Roles For IT professionals, Infrastructure Analysts and Infrastructure Assistants/Technicians are required. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in network security, desktop support, and software troubleshooting in a hospital or healthcare setting.
