In addition to academic qualifications, excellent communication skills are essential, as cabin crew members are required to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds and handle various in-flight scenarios. Candidates must also be capable of working under pressure and adjusting to different time zones, as flights operate at all hours. The age limit for fresh applicants is 25 years, including any relaxation, as of the last date of application submission. However, experienced cabin crew members with a valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority can apply up to 30 years of age. Physical appearance and fitness are also crucial criteria. Applicants must have a neat and presentable personality, along with perfect eyesight to meet the airline’s safety standards. Candidates who wear contact lenses can apply, but those with spectacle dependency or skin disorders are not encouraged. Additionally, candidates should meet height requirements, which are 5 feet 6 inches for Flight Stewards (males) and 5 feet 2 inches for Air Hostesses (females). The weight should be proportionate to height, as per BMI standards. Since cabin crew members represent the airline’s image, maintaining a well-groomed and professional appearance is essential. Another important requirement is language proficiency. Applicants should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Urdu, while knowledge of any additional foreign language will be considered an added advantage. As part of their responsibilities, cabin crew members must handle international travelers, making multilingual abilities beneficial. Health and physical fitness are also vital for this role, as cabin crew members are required to remain active throughout flights, assist passengers, and handle emergency situations. Those suffering from major health conditions, weak eyesight, or skin disorders may not qualify for the role, as a medical board will assess their eligibility before final selection.

Along with the application form, candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable), which can be deposited via bank transfer. Those who successfully clear all the assessments will be offered an initial two-year contract, which can be extended based on their performance.
