Requirements
- To be eligible for the position of Analyst, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MPhil, or PhD degree with a minimum of 16 years of education from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan or a reputed foreign university. Candidates must belong to one of the following fields: International Relations, Defence & Strategic Studies, Governance & Public Policy, Peace & Conflict Studies, Counter-Terrorism, Criminology, Psychology, Management Sciences, Finance, Accounts, Audit, Mass Communication, Journalism, Law (LLB), Lawfare, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering (including Network, Software, Telecom, Electronics, Mechatronics), Data Science, Cyber Security, Mathematics, or Language Studies. The age limit is strictly defined and varies by qualification level: 30 years for Bachelor’s degree holders, 35 years for Master’s/MPhil, and 40 years for PhD holders. Candidates awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided their final results are declared by 30th June 2025. These candidates must provide a Hope Certificate from their respective institutions. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and panel interviews. The Ministry of Defence will not be responsible for updating applicants about their application status. Applicants must ensure they meet all the eligibility criteria, as no travel allowance/daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided during the selection process.

- Interested candidates must apply online through the official website: www.recruitments.com.pk. The application process involves submitting a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/-, which must be paid through a 1 Bill invoice system. This can be done via participating banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UPaisa, or through TCS Express Counters, using the 20-digit invoice number provided on the fee slip. Only one bill invoice will be issued per candidate, so applicants should retain and upload their deposit slip as proof of payment. Applications without a valid payment proof will be rejected. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, even if the candidate fails to meet the eligibility criteria or is not shortlisted. Candidates must ensure that they apply well before the deadline to avoid technical issues. The last date to apply is 04 May 2025, and applications must be submitted before 1400 hours (2:00 PM) on that day. Late applications will not be entertained under any circumstances.
