The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), a vital department under the Government of Pakistan, has announced exciting job opportunities for highly skilled and experienced professionals. According to the official advertisement released by the HR Directorate, NADRA is inviting applications for the roles of Assistant Director and Deputy Assistant Director at its headquarters located in G-5/2 Islamabad.   • For the position of Assistant Director, the maximum age limit is 37 years. Applicants must hold at least a 16-year Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Preference will be given to candidates possessing an 18-year Master’s degree. A minimum of five years of experience in managing large-scale projects is required, preferably within the public sector or multinational organizations. Candidates with a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification will have a competitive edge. The role demands strong capabilities in project oversight, strategic support, preparation of management reports, monitoring implementation progress, risk and milestone tracking, dashboard management, and coordination with stakeholders. Proficiency in verification services, statistical evaluations, and handling customer reviews is also essential. The Deputy Assistant Director position has a maximum age limit of 30 years. The educational requirements are the same as for the Assistant Director role—16 years of education in relevant fields like Project Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration with HEC recognition. This role requires at least two years of experience in managing sizable projects in the public or private sectors. Candidates with PMP certification will again be preferred. The responsibilities are slightly less intensive but include assisting in program oversight, report preparation, project implementation tracking, stakeholder engagement, and MIS/dashboard management. These positions are initially offered on a five-year contract basis, extendable as required. The job location for both posts is Islamabad. Selected candidates must present their attested educational documents from HEC and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently serving in a government or semi-government organization.
