Description

Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) has officially announced recruitment for the year 2024, inviting eligible candidates from all over Pakistan to join as General Duty Soldiers and other posts. The recruitment drive is aimed at strengthening the security forces and providing an opportunity to young, patriotic individuals to serve the nation. The advertisement, dated April 29, 2024, mentions that a total of 1406 vacancies are available for positions such as Sub Inspector General Duty, Khateeb, Havaldar General Duty, Naik General Duty, Soldier General Duty, Soldier Cook, Soldier Mess Waiter, Soldier Masalchi, and Non-Combatant Enrolled (NCsE). Each province and region has been allocated a specific quota, including Punjab, Sindh (Urban and Rural), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and minority groups. Candidates will be selected purely on merit and according to the quota system mentioned.

Requirements

  • Candidates must bring their original documents including CNIC issued by NADRA, educational certificates, domicile, four passport-size photographs, and a copy of the COVID-19 vaccination certificate. For government employees, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current department is mandatory. The physical and medical standards are to be strictly followed. Candidates will undergo a detailed medical examination that includes blood tests such as ALT, Serum Creatinine, ESR, Blood CP, HIV, LDH Blood Serum, and HB Electrophoresis. These tests are to be conducted at government-approved laboratories. Failure to meet the physical or medical requirements will result in disqualification. Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan and must pledge their full-time commitment to the Pakistan Rangers.
  • How To Apply

    • Interested candidates must apply online via the official registration portal of Pakistan Rangers Sindh at www.joinpakrangerssindh.org or also apply through https://www.epr.org.pk/index.php?view=jobs_dep_list&dep_id=4714 between May 3 and May 18, 2024. After successful online registration, candidates will receive an SMS with the schedule for the recruitment process including the physical, written, and medical tests. They must report on the given date and time at the designated recruitment centers. The recruitment centers are located in various cities such as Sukkur, Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Mandi Bahauddin, Peshawar, and Quetta with specific dates mentioned for each city. Candidates must make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation as no TA/DA will be provided. The application process is managed by the External Recruitment Process (EPR), and applicants are encouraged to register and stay updated through the official EPR platform.
