Requirements
- Valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license is mandatory Age limit: 45 years Academic qualifications must be from HEC-recognized universities or degree-awarding institutes --- 1. Associate Professor PhD in Nursing / Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) / Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN or BSN-PRN) Teaching and clinical experience at undergraduate and graduate levels Academic-administrative experience is preferred Minimum 5 publications in HEC-recognized journals, with at least 1 first-author publication in the last 2 years --- 2. Assistant Professor PhD in Nursing / MSN / BSN / BSN-PRN Teaching and clinical experience at the undergraduate level Minimum 3 publications in HEC-recognized journals (at least 1 as first author in the last 2 years) Preference for candidates with PhD or MSN --- 3. Senior Lecturer MSN / BSN / BSN-PRN For MSN holders: 2 years teaching experience 2 years clinical experience For BSN/BSN-PRN holders: 4 years teaching experience 5 years clinical experience Minimum 1 publication in HEC-recognized journal (as first author in the last 2 years) --- 4. Nursing Instructor / Lecturer BSN or BSN-PRN Minimum 4 years clinical experience and 1 year teaching experience --- 5. Clinical Nursing Instructor / Lecturer BSN or BSN-PRN Minimum 5 years teaching experience and 2 years clinical experience
