Description

The Government of Sindh, through the Services, General Administration, and Coordination Department, has announced the Graduation Category Screening Test for various posts ranging from BPS-05 to BPS-15. This recruitment drive, conducted by SIBA Testing Services (STS), is intended to fill vacant positions across different departments. The screening process will be based on the recruitment rules approved by the Provincial Cabinet. A minimum passing percentage of 40% is required, and the test results will remain valid for three years. Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old at the time of application closing. This initiative aims to streamline hiring under the Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion, and Transfer) Rules, 1974, ensuring merit-based recruitment across the province. Applicants are advised to prepare according to the guidelines, as the final selection will be carried out by the concerned departmental committees after the screening test.

Requirements

  • To be eligible for the Graduation Category Screening Test, candidates must possess 14 years of education from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university or degree awarding institute (DAI). Only those having domicile of Sindh province are eligible to apply. Applicants must upload original scanned documents, including their last degree, CNIC, domicile, PRC-D form, and a recent photograph at the time of online registration. Special provisions are available for candidates with disabilities, who must upload a CNIC featuring the wheelchair logo issued by NADRA. All applicants must pay a non-refundable test fee of Rs. 1500/-, which can be deposited at any ABL Bank Limited branch or through MyABL app or Internet banking using the provided 1Bill invoice method. It is important to provide accurate and genuine information, as any misleading or false information can result in rejection or termination of employment.
  • How To Apply

    • Interested candidates must submit their online applications through the official STS portal at apply.sts.net.pk. After completing the online form and uploading the required documents, candidates must download the system-generated challan and deposit the test fee accordingly. Upon successful submission, candidates will receive updates about test dates, roll numbers, and results via SMS and the official STS website. Applicants who had previously attempted the graduation category test and wish to improve their marks are also eligible to apply. The last date to submit applications is May 12, 2025.
